In June 2017 I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer with a 5% Cure Rate. I was not detected early and was diagnosed with a different cancer early in the year. I am passionate about communicating with women about the tests, while not a guarantee, that you can do which could show markers for Ovarian cancer. Why? Because there are no early screening tests currently available. Read my story which provides the basic information you need to take to your doctor.

I want to let others know and fundraise for the cause and had my first successful fundraiser on Friday 14th July 2017 at the Wangi RSL Club where I shaved my head on my own terms. My next event is the Teal Sisters Walk – October 21st 2018 where groups are forming together to walk on the same day in NSW, South Australia & Victoria.
